Shipping and Returns
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding national holidays. Every attempt is made to ship your order in a timely manner. Orders placed before noon EST Monday through Saturday typically ship out the same day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed and shipped out the following Monday. We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard: Standard shipping is free. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered between 2 and 3 days (excluding Sundays) from the time the order is placed.
- Next day delivery: A flat rate of $38.00 to anywhere in the contiguous United States (next day delivery may not be available in certain locations). Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer reasonable and competitively priced shipping to most countries around the world. International clients are responsible for duty, taxes and any importation fees that may apply. International shipping charges and any fees such as brokerage fees, duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return. We currently offer the following international shipping options:
- A flat rate of $16 for USPS International Priority Shipping. Orders are typically delivered between 7 and 10 business days from the time the order is placed.
- A flat rate of $22 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
- United Kingdom: - A flat rate of $20 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
- Rest of the World: - A flat rate of $25 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not receive your order in the expected shipping time listed above, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Al Shams, we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Our client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As such, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or full refund. Each order is accompanied by a form with instructions on how to return merchandise.
