At Al Shams, we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Our client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As such, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 14 days of delivery and we will offer you an exchange, credit or full refund.
Returned items must be free from stains, perfumes, or odors of any kind and must have the original tags in place. Items that do not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned at the customer's expense.
Each order is accompanied by a form with instructions on how to return merchandise. Please note, absent any manufacturing defects, due to hygienic reasons, Essential Hijabs, Niqabs, Ghashwas, Jersey Hijabs and Diamond Collection Scarves are not eligible for exchange or refund. Additionally, items purchased from our Last Chance Collection are not eligible for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned items will be inspected in accordance with our return requirements. Once your refund has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email or text message notifying you that your refund has been processed. Please note refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment and processing times may vary based on your banking institution.
