US DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding national holidays. Every attempt is made to ship your order in a timely manner. Orders placed before noon EST Monday through Saturday typically ship out the same day or the next morning. Orders placed on Sunday are processed and shipped out the following Monday. We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard: Standard shipping is free. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered between 2 and 3 days (excluding Sundays) from the time the order is placed.
- Next day delivery: A flat rate of $38.00 to anywhere in the contiguous United States (next day delivery may not be available in certain locations). Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer reasonable and competitively priced shipping to most countries around the world. International clients are responsible for duty, taxes and any importation fees that may apply. International shipping charges and any fees such as brokerage fees, duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return. We currently offer the following international shipping options:
- A flat rate of $16 for USPS International Priority Shipping. Orders are typically delivered between 7 and 10 business days from the time the order is placed.
- A flat rate of $22 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the date the order is shipped.
- Europe: - A flat rate of $38 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the date the order is shipped.
- Australia/New Zealand - A flat rate of $48 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date the order is shipped.
- Nigeria - A flat rate of $38 by Corporate Messenger. Orders are typically delivered between 5-10 days from the date order is shipped
- Rest of the World: - A flat rate of $45 for DHL Express. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date the order is shipped. Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not receive your order in the expected shipping time listed above, please contact customer support at email@example.com
Orders that contain multiple items may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. If multiple tracking numbers appear on your shipment e-mail, your order was shipped in more than one package.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Al Shams, we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Our client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. As such, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or full refund. Each order is accompanied by a form with instructions on how to return merchandise.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
We do not require you to create an account to place an order. You have the option to check out as a guest without creating an account. We do require an email address and phone number for tracking purposes.
What if an item is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. If an item you're seeking to purchase is out of stock you can request to be notified by clicking the link entitled "email me when this is available" on the product page. Once the item is restocked you will receive a one-time email notification with a link to purchase the product in the size and or color you requested. We will never substitute an item on your order without your express authorization.
What if I notice the personal information I entered is incorrect?
If you notice your personal information, such as your address or email info is incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 646.801.9195 and we will work with you to make the necessary corrections. The sooner you contact us the greater the likelihood that we can resolve the mistake before your order is shipped.
Do you offer discounts on purchases?
From time to time we offer discounts and special promotions on our products. We occasionally run contests, promotions, and giveaways on our social media pages as well. For mailing list members, we offer exclusive offers, promotions, and additional discounts. Standard shipping is always free for domestic clients.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have already submitted your order and wish to cancel, please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 646.801.9195 so we can facilitate the cancellation. We are not able to cancel orders once they have shipped so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How do I know how much my order is in my local currency?
Our site offers the ability to shop products in your local currency. If you do not see your local currency listed, please send us an email and we will get back to you with an approximate on the conversion rates. Our site offers a close approximation of currency conversions and therefore we do not attest to or warrant the precise accuracy of this tool. Please refer to your credit card and bank information to determine the exact amount of your charges.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped the same or the following business day after your order is placed. For both domestic and international shipping, your package will arrive based on the shipping option you have chosen. Standard domestic shipping is always free and will generally arrive between 2 and 4 business days. Express international shipping will generally arrive between 3 and 7 business days. How will my clothing be packaged for shipment?
Each order is delicately and beautifully wrapped and enclosed in our Al Shams branded packaging. If we are unable to put your entire order in one package, we will ensure the remaining portion is also beautifully wrapped and protected to ensure your items are delivered in good condition when you receive them.
